As such none of the equipment, spare parts or consumables, we sell has, (or is likely to have), any form of embedded microprocessor controls whatsoever.

It therefore follows that our stock in trade which we supply to yourselves poses no risk whatsoever from date compliance problems, (the so-called millennium bug).

Our in-house computer equipment

Each of the computers and their ancillary storage devices comprising our system, (which is a small area network), has been checked and is certified to comply with the BSI guidelines, (Disc PD2000-1).

Our software programmes are all latest versions from their respective suppliers and are therefore all certified date compliant.

It has always been our policy to upgrade our hardware and software as and when clear benefits are to be gained.

This will remain our policy but with the proviso that we get a clear certification that all new equipment from our suppliers is date compliant.
